Leadership Development at Belt Power is designed to build strong, capable leaders who can guide teams with clarity, confidence, and purpose. New managers receive curated LinkedIn learning content and individualized development plans, supported by access to more than 130 Belt Power–specific training modules. All leaders participate in monthly Leaders In Motion sessions, which cover essential skills—from interviewing and coaching to managing performance—ensuring our managers are continually growing and equipped to lead effectively

Learning at Belt Power

Custom Learning Management System

Our LMS has over 700 custom created training courses assigned to new hires and existing employees.

Assignments are spread across 30-60-90 days for new hires, and topics are searching featuring AI functions as well.

Tuition Reimbursement

We encourage all employees to acquire additional knowledge, skill, and training that will enable them to become more productive employees and more valuable members of society. We will reimburse, to any employee who is eligible to participate in the program, and who satisfactorily completes an approved program of study, up to 100% of the cost of tuition, specified fees and textbooks, provided their purchase was required.
