Your Journeyman Card Pathway
Manufacturing Journeyman Card
This skilled trades position fabricates conveyor belting by performing activities such as: safe operation of various fabricating tools and handheld equipment, housekeeping and special projects within your defined fabrication area. Blueprint reading, measuring accuracy and hand tools. Responsibilities include knowledge and involvement in lean, and team activities.

Starting Pay: $18.00 – $22.50/hr
Manufacturing Level 2 Journeyman Card
This skilled trades position fabricates conveyor belting by performing activities such as: Quality control, fabrication in your station in the shop, and Grinding, Cleaning, and Urethane, utilizes continuous improvement training, and proficiency in rubber fabrication, endlessing fabrications, hole punching, and cleating.

Master Fabricator Journeyman Card
A Master Fabricator is proficient in executing highly complex conveyor belting fabrication. Proficiency in blueprint comprehension, work order comprehension, slitting, lacing, and Thermoweld of PVC V-Guide. Utilizes continuous improvement training to identify opportunities. Training Fabricators of junior skill level and R&D projects and prototypes.
